The xsmall bandz are 6.5" (fitting mostly ages 4 and 5/6), the small are 7" (fitting mostly 7-9) and the medium are 7.5" (fitting mostly ages 9 - 11). This is approximate, but you can use the wristband sizing guide to help determine which would fit best.
